On 8 June 2026, the Youth Empowerment Programme hosted a lively workshop titled “Shaping Your Personality for Entrepreneurial Success.” The session was led by  Dr. Tun Norasida Binti Aziz, a TAR UMT Business Management lecturer, together with Ms. Po Hui Yee. The workshop explored what entrepreneurship is all about, the different personalities successful entrepreneurs often have, and the key traits that help them stand out. The programme provided practical tips and meaningful guidance to help young people understand their strengths and chart potential pathways into the entrepreneurial world. The programme was attended by students from Kolej Tingkatan Enam  Astana, who actively participated throughout the session.
