TAR UMT Pahang Branch successfully organised CareerQuest: Navigating Your Success 2026, welcoming 132 attendees, including 3 chaperones  from TAR UMT Pahang Branch, Politeknik Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah (POLISAS), University College of Yayasan Pahang (UCYP), and UNITAR International University. The programme was held as part of the University's continuous effort to equip students with essential employability skills and strengthen industry-academia collaboration.

The programme featured two informative career development sessions delivered by distinguished industry and academic professionals. Dr Tun Norasida Binti Aziz conducted a session on Resume Writing, providing participants with practical guidance on preparing professional resumes that effectively showcase their qualifications and competencies. This was followed by an engaging talk by Mr. Tong Karl Heng of AIA Berhad, who shared valuable insights on Tips & Tricks for Job Interviews, covering interview preparation strategies, effective communication skills, and techniques to boost candidates' confidence during the recruitment process.

In addition to the career talks, participants had the opportunity to engage with the companies representatives during the Career Fair, allowing them to explore internship and employment opportunities, expand their professional networks, and gain first-hand insights into current industry expectations.

The programme was co-organised with the Kuantan Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCCI) in collaboration with Public Bank Berhad and AIA Berhad, reflecting a shared commitment to preparing graduates for an increasingly competitive workforce through meaningful industry engagement.
