The DreamBig: A Career Experience programme held on 9th July 2025 at TAR UMT Pahang was a resounding success. The event began with registration at 8:00 AM and concluded at 2:00 PM, offering a full day of engaging, hands-on experiences designed to inspire and guide students in their future career pathways.

We recorded an impressive 163 participants, including 9 teachers, surpassing our maximum capacity—a clear testament to the excellent coordination, planning, and outreach efforts from everyone involved.

Students and teachers from SMK Tanah Putih, Kolej Astana, Akademi YASA-MUIP, SMK Semambu, and SMA Al-Ihsan enthusiastically took part in the programme. The highlight of the day was the interactive career exploration stations, each thoughtfully designed to represent the various study programmes offered at TAR UMT Pahang, including Business Administration, Accountancy, Logistics & Supply Chain, E-Marketing, IT, and Early Childhood Education.

Coordinated by Ms. Norherizan Abd Moen, who also served as the programme facilitator, the event received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Participants expressed how much they enjoyed the activities and appreciated the fun, informative, and inspiring atmosphere. Their feedback reflects the impactful experience and positive environment that we successfully created together.
