On 12th April 2025, the Youth Empowerment Programme held its first workshop, "Influencer Marketing: How to Become A Social Media Influencer". The event featured expert facilitators, including TAR UMT Marketing Lecturer, Ms. Siti Fatiha Ismail and Ms. Azura Zainal, along with guest speaker, a TARCIAN, Ms. Phoebe Sam. She unveiled her real-life experiences as a content creator in various social media platforms to the participants. Participated by 21 youngsters, the workshop explored the world of social media influence, from what is social media to strategies and tips to be an efficient and knowledgeable social media influencer.
