On 27th June 2024, the Youth Empowerment Programme held its seventh workshop, "HackProof: A Cybersecurity 101 Course." The event featured facilitators Mr. Che Akmal bin Che Yahaya and Ms. Shakirah binti Saidin, lecturers from the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, Pahang branch. Mr. Che Akmal and Ms. Shakirah provided basic knowledge of cybersecurity using an example of a hacked email. They utilized Security Onion software by Linux and Kibana. The workshop was attended by 32 participants from various schools around Kuantan, Pahang.
