On 10 May 2025, three teams from TAR UMT Pahang Branch participated in the GPT HERO 2025: AI-Powered Competition, hosted by TAR UMT Johor Branch. The competition featured two main categories: Computing, which challenged participants to showcase AI-powered coding skills, and Non-Computing, which focused on the creative application of AI to generate lyrics and melodies for original songs.

• Computing Category

🥈 First Runner-Up: Denise Ku Hien Yee and Nicholas Chee Jian Shen, under the supervision of Ms. Jessie Ooi, Department of Computing and Information Technology, Pahang Branch 

🏅 Consolation Prize: Ho Song Lek and Tan Yan Yu, supervised by Ms. Jessie Ooi

• Non-Computing Category

🥈 First Runner-Up: Chan Yik Han and Leong Jun Yuan, under the supervision of Ms. Shakirah Saidin, Department of Computing and Information Technology, Pahang Branch 

The teams demonstrated excellent innovation, teamwork, and a deep understanding of AI applications in both technical and creative domains. Their achievements are a testament to the high standards of education and mentorship at TAR UMT Pahang Branch.
