The Kuantan Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCCI), in collaboration with TAR UMT Pahang Branch, successfully held the third session of its “AI Strategies for Business Growth” series on 17 October 2025.

The session, titled “AI for Business Strategy – Forecast Trends and Make Smart Decisions,” was led by Ms. Chong Siew Fan (庄琇雰老师), HRDC Accredited Trainer and Programme Leader at TAR UMT Pahang Branch.

Participants gained valuable insights from processing complex data to identify emerging trends. They also learned even industrial sectors such as construction and manufacturing can leverage AI for marketing, content creation, and smarter strategic decisions.

They gained hands-on experience using AI tools to analyze internal and external data, uncover emerging trends, and build actionable six-month business roadmaps. The session also showcased how AI can generate decision options and run scenario simulations to support smarter, data-driven strategic planning.

🎤 The session, titled AI Marketing & Branding Strategies, was led by Ms. Chong Siew Fan (庄琇雰老师), Lecturer and Programme Leader at TAR UMT Pahang, and attended by 51 KCCCI members.

Participants gained valuable insights on how AI can enhance content creation, improve brand positioning, maximize marketing ROI, and simulate customer personas to better target pain points.
